Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Please note that FormStyle does not offer refunds, credit notes, or credit amounts under any circumstances.

 

 

Exchange Policy

At FormStyle, we only offer size exchanges.

  • We do not offer returns.

  • We do not offer exchanges for a different dress or article.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same dress and the same article that was originally purchased, and only for a different size, subject to availability.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Requested size for exchange

For partial exchanges, please clearly mention the product(s) you wish to exchange along with the order ID.

Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours of receiving the request.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must have all original tags intact

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Made-to-measure products are not eligible for exchange.

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and device settings, slight color variations may occur. Therefore, exchange requests based on color difference, quality perception, or similar concerns will not be accepted.


We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy across all devices.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement for the same product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory when opening your parcel.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The process of opening the parcel

  • The product inside

This is required for any replacement request in case of damaged or incorrect products.

If an unboxing video is not available, we may not be able to process the request.

Exchange Processing

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, the requested size of the same product will be shipped to you within 5–7 working days, subject to availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer for each product.

Final Decision

FormStyle reserves the right to determine whether the product is in appropriate condition for exchange.

The final decision of FormStyle will be binding and non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.
